If you are in Montana to enjoy the outdoors and be surrounded by nature than Homestake Lodge is where you should stay. There are several different lodging options, Cabins, the Yurt or Family Bunkrooms in the Lodge. The Cabins are well appointed with nice linens, beautiful showers and kitchen and dining areas. The Yurt is a one of a kind experience; its elegant camping in the wilderness of Montana. You can rent either one or both of the Lodge Bunkrooms and have a great family gathering.

On-site staffing is provided by your hosts Mark and Lauren. Their home is at Homestake Lodge and they are always available to help with guest needs and provide information on the area.

Internet connection: Starlink should be set up any day and we hope to have fast reliable internet.

Meals: During the winter ski season on the weekends, holidays and holiday weeks we serve a lunch of delicious homemade soups, rolls and cookies. You can have soda, beer or wine to wash it down. For groups of 12-40 people that stay here we have a nice menu of homemade comfort food. Please contact us if you have interest in us preparing meals for your group.

Trail passes for cross country skiing and snowshoeing are not included in the lodging price. They can be purchased separately during your stay.

Check-in/ Check-out: You may check-in as early as 3 PM. If you will be later than 8 PM we ask that you notify us in advance. Check-out time is 11 AM.

The Yurt: Located less than a mile from the Lodge, the Yurt is elegant camping. It sleeps six in two bunk beds and a pull out queen futon. A vault toilet is a hundred feet away.

The Smith Cabin is named after a family that grew up on Homestake Pass and has become our good friends. The cabin sleeps six : a queen and single in a loft and single and fold down couch on the main floor.

The Moore Cabin is named after the homesteaders that settled the property, the Moore cabin sleeps four people in a queen and a set of bunk beds.

Worley Cabin is named after the second owners of the homestead. It sleeps two in a queen bed.

Lodge upstairs Large Bunkroom sleeps 12 in singles and bunk beds. Enjoy the common great room and use the large spacious kitchen . Perfect for groups that want to gather and enjoy each others camaraderie. Book both bunkrooms for a large gathering.
